Founded in 2009 and formally debuted in 2013, the namesake couture fashion house was founded by Netta BenShabu. Born in Israel, Netta’s love affair with fashion began at a very young age. While Netta was trained under the direct influence of European couture techniques, she quickly adapted her collections to cater to brides around the world, and most specifically, the American bride. Handmade in the designer’s Israeli atelier, Netta BenShabu prioritizes luxurious fabrics, such as silk satin, tulle, and hand-embroidered lace. Well known for her handbeading, her more ornate designs are densely embellished and bound to catch the light from every angle.
