That’s why we offer a range of appointment types, allowing you to choose the experience that best fits your vision. Here’s a breakdown of the key differences between a standard bridal appointment and a VIP experience.
Extended Appointment Time
A standard bridal appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes and provides the same level of care and attention as any Kleinfeld experience.
VIP bridal appointments extend to three hours, giving you additional time to try on gowns, celebrate, take photos, and fully enjoy the moment. This extended time allows for a more relaxed and immersive experience.
Privacy
Standard bridal appointments take place throughout the showroom, and your viewing area may be shared with other brides and their guests. While some appointments may be in private rooms, most occur within the main salon.
VIP bridal appointments offer a more private setting. Depending on the experience selected, you may have access to a dedicated VIP lounge or a more exclusive space within the showroom. These areas include comfortable seating, mirrors, and a more intimate environment for you and your guests.
Champagne and Light Bites
For standard appointments, outside food and non-clear beverages are not permitted in the showroom. Water is available upon request, and once you say “yes,” you and your guests will celebrate with a glass of champagne.
VIP appointments include refreshments throughout your visit. Depending on the experience, this may include still and sparkling water, light bites, and champagne served during your appointment.
Guest Count
For standard appointments, we recommend bringing up to three guests who will support and celebrate you throughout the experience.
VIP appointments allow for a larger group, depending on the experience selected:
- VIP Luxe and VIP Platinum: up to 4 guests
- VIP Gold: up to 8 guests
- VIP Diamond: up to 15 guests
- Private appointment experiences: up to 15 guests
Styling Your Full Look
One of the biggest advantages of a VIP appointment is the opportunity to fully style your bridal look from head to toe.
While all appointments include guidance from a bridal stylist, VIP experiences often include more dedicated time with an accessories stylist. This allows you to explore veils, headpieces, and jewelry in greater detail and complete your overall vision.
