Background

Discovering her innate passion for fashion and art as a young girl, Lee Petra Grebenau went on to graduate with honors from one of the top fashion design colleges in the world: Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art. During her education in Tel Aviv, Lee Petra simultaneously established the Lee Petra Grebenau Fashion House in 2010. Her exquisite designs quickly became world renowned for their attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. Distinguished for its couture bridal gowns, Lee Petra Grebenau bridal collections are carried by exclusive, luxury bridal salons all over the world, and specifically, here at Kleinfeld!

Inspiration & Identity

Lee Petra Grebenau dresses are best known for their signature couture craftsmanship, luxurious fabrics, hand-sewn beading and embroidery, as well as the brand’s impeccable fit. The LPG bride is the individual who values high-quality, luxury pieces and an iconic bridal look that exudes elevated romance. Delicate floral embroidery, shimmering embellishment, unique patterns, lightweight tulle, and structured corset bodices are just a few of the design details that are often found on a Lee Petra Grebenau wedding dress. Other bridal designers like Lee Petra Grebenau include Galia Lahav, Pnina Tornai, Netta BenShabu, and Ines Di Santo.

We spoke with Kleinfeld’s team of expert bridal stylists to learn more about what makes Lee Petra Grebenau dresses so special. Here’s what they had to say:

“Stunning, couture, and unbelievably intricate.”

“The most perfect hand-beaded wedding dress you’ll ever find!”

“It’s like a bohemian luxury wedding dress meets an Art Deco wedding dress.”

“No one does dimensional floral embroidery like Lee Petra.”

Production

Often referred to as “works of art,” Lee Petra Grebenau dresses exude the epitome of luxury and the beauty of couture craftsmanship. Handmade in the designer’s Israeli atelier, the manufacturing process is executed with expert precision, thoughtfulness, and care. As an innovator in the bridal world, Lee Petra Grebenau uses a unique method that involves forming carved mannequins for each bride. This individualized method creates one-of-a-kind gowns that contribute to each piece’s impeccable fit.

Pricing

Lee Petra Grebenau prices start at about $9,000 and may increase up to $15,000 or more depending on the specific gown, its fabric or embellishment, and level of intricacy.

Customizations

Due to the haute couture production process of each and every Lee Grebenau wedding dress, customizations options are available. Adjustments such as lining a bodice or skirt, adding straps, or changing the color of the gown are just a few of the customizations offered.
