Terms and Conditions
The $100 booking fee required for Saturday and Sunday appointments is processed at the time of the appointment booking.
If you purchase a dress at Kleinfeld during your appointment, the $100 booking fee will be applied towards the balance of your dress purchase.
If you do not purchase a dress, your booking fee will not be returned.
If you return for a second appointment on a Saturday or Sunday, you will be required to pay the $100 booking fee. If you purchase a dress at your second appointment, we will deduct both booking fee’s from the balance of your dress purchase.
If you booked an appointment for a Saturday or Sunday and need to reschedule for a day other than Saturday or Sunday, the booking fee will be refunded to you.
If you decide to cancel your Saturday or Sunday appointment, you will not be charged an additional fee if you reschedule your appointment within 3 months.
Weekend Booking fee applies to Saturday bridal appointments scheduled for June 4, 2022 and beyond and Sunday bridal appointments scheduled for October 23, 2022 and beyond.
