Terms and Conditions
The $100 booking fee required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday appointments is processed at the time of the appointment booking.
The $50 booking fee required for Wednesday and Thursday appointments is processed at the time of the appointment booking
If you purchase a dress at Kleinfeld during your appointment, the booking fee will be applied towards the balance of your dress purchase.
If you do not purchase a dress, your booking fee will not be returned, but you will have 90 days (from original appointment date) to apply the booking fee credit to your purchase if you return.
If you return for a second appointment, you will be required to pay the booking fee.
If you purchase a dress at your second appointment, we will deduct your booking fee’s from the balance of your dress purchase.
If you booked an appointment and need to reschedule for another day, the booking fee will be refunded to you and a new booking fee will be charged to your credit card for the new appointment date.
If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will not be charged an additional fee if you reschedule your appointment within 3 months.
