Overall responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Bridal Sales Consultant is promoting and selling the bride her entire ensemble (Dress, Headpiece and Accessories), providing superior customer services in order to grow sales, profitability and meet financial goals.  Other duties include complying with all Kleinfeld Bridal standards, polices and procedure and developing advanced product knowledge.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure Kleinfeld Bridal company policies, procedures, brand and service standards are fulfilled for each customer and their Kleinfeld experience is met or exceeded
  • Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards
  • Create a positive environment for all customers, Kleinfeld Bridal staff and all vendors
  • Provide expert and positive information about dresses/product to the customers 
  • Meet selling goals by closing sales and meeting conversion goals
  • Conduct customer appointments for each customer on time including follow up.
  • Assist fellow associates when needed
  • Partner with supervisor to address customer and merchandise issues or opportunities in a timely and productive way
  • Resolve any issues, in a timely manner and productive solution is achieved
  • Complete opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with other store projects i.e. inventory & merchandise ticketing as needed

Qualifications:

Education:

Overall responsibilities: The Client Services Representative is the company’s first representative of support for customers and ensures they are satisfied with their phone/email experience.  The Client Services Representative will mainly answer phones, voicemail, store email and order requests.  In addition they will schedule appointments and enter client data.

Overall responsibilities: The presser is responsible for producing a quality, finished garment for the customer, following Kleinfeld Bridal Pressing Standards

Roles and responsibility: 

The duties of the alterations presser include but are not limited to the following:

  • Follow direction of the pressing supervisor

Part-time Sales Consultant-Floater /Customer Service

Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks – New York, NY-Weekends, Daytime, please submit resume

SUMMARY
Functions as initial point of contact for brides at the Kleinfeld Bridal store in Manhattan, introducing them to our complimentary service, Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks (KHB). Serves as the face-to-face contact with the bride, informing her of how the service works and how KHB makes the hotel blocking process easy. Generate in-store leads by collecting valuable information needed from brides who are interested in the service. Key relationship-builder for the company; liaison between the Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks and the couples.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and speak with brides waiting in the lobby for their dress appointment, creating clarity and comfort about the service they will be receiving.
  • Ambassador of Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks values and image.
  • Receives and inputs appropriate information from qualified brides.
  • Follows up with brides who are interested in the service.
  • Tracks the following metrics: number of in-store brides who are already working with KHB; number of brides interested in the service; potential brides who like to start working with KHB for a weekly record.
  • Required to be at Kleinfeld Bridal to meet with brides when the store is open for appointments, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when needed 

SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS

  • Customer focus – Must be personable and friendly and have high emotional intelligence and empathy. Outgoing and vivacious personality a plus.
  • Professionalism – Strong work ethic, presence, and knowledge about Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks and its essential functions. Neat and well-groomed appearance important.
  • Data entry skills – Input information from the brides into database in timely and efficient manner.
  • Hospitality interest or background a plus.

Job Type: Part-time, weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9-5pm, will be a floater, this is not every weekend, its only as a back up to our current in store hotel consultant manager
