Position: Bridal Stylist
Location: 110 West 20th St, NYC
Desired start date: As soon as possible
Overall responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Bridal Stylist is promoting and selling the bride her
entire ensemble (Dress, Headpiece and Accessories), providing superior customer services in order to grow
sales, profitability and meet financial goals. Other duties include complying with all Kleinfeld Bridal standards,
polices and procedure and developing advanced product knowledge.
Job Duties:
- Ensure Kleinfeld Bridal company policies, procedures, brand and service standards are fulfilled for each
customer and their Kleinfeld experience is met or exceeded - Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards
- Create a positive environment for all customers, Kleinfeld Bridal staff and all vendors
- Provide expert and positive information about dresses/product to the customers
- Meet selling goals by closing sales and meeting conversion goals
- Conduct customer appointments for each customer on time including follow up.
- Assist fellow associates when needed
- Partner with supervisor to address customer and merchandise issues or opportunities in a timely and
productive way - Resolve any issues, in a timely manner and productive solution is achieved
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Assist with other store projects i.e. inventory & merchandise ticketing as needed
- Ensure that the bridal sales floor, dressing rooms, stock and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe
for all associates and customers - Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
- Work Experience
Communication: - Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
- Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds
and with staff at all levels of the organization
Leadership: - Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
- Demonstrates ability to work flex style and work with a variety of groups including management, creative,
executives and hourly work force. - Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
Required Skills: - Be polite, friendly, helpful to both customer and associates
- Able to work effectively with all departments, associates, management, visitors and customers from
diverse backgrounds - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Good memorization skills
- Excellent professional interpersonal skills both in person and by phone
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office (word, excel, google docs, power point & email) proficiency
Salary Range: $20.00-$23.00 hourly

Position: Bridal Stylist Intern
Location: 110 West 20th St, NYC
Overall responsibilities: Learn and understand the day to day tasks of a Kleinfeld Bridal Stylist
Bridal Stylist Intern Job Duties:
- Attend morning product knowledge meetings and presentations
- Support Bridal Stylists with inventory, sales and shadow appointments
- Learn what it takes to find out what a bride is dreaming of
- Observe the alterations, PR and production departments
- Assist the accessories department
- If you have a particular interest in a specific area, we will support you
Qualifications:

- Reliable, able to be a part of a team

- Majoring or have an interest in bridal, fashion or business

Position: Bridal Support Associate

Overall responsibilities: Organization and maintenance of bridal inventory
Bridal Support Associate Job Duties:
- Merchandise extensive bridal inventory
- Assist Bridal Consultants with inventory and sales
- Pin display mannequins and maintain store cleanliness
- Identify damaged or dirty items for repair or cleaning
- Attend production knowledge meetings and presentations
Qualifications:

Salary Range: $16.50 – $17.00 hourly

Position: Headpiece and Accessories Stylist

Overall responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Headpiece & Accessory Stylist is promoting and selling products, providing superior customer services in order to grow sales, profitability and meet financial goals. Job Duties:

- Be courteous and pleasant with coworkers and supervisors
- Perform the work assigned
- Create a positive environment for all customers, Kleinfeld Bridal staff and all vendors
- Provide expert and positive information about product to the customers
- Meet financial goals
- Ensure Kleinfeld Bridal service standards are fulfilled for each customer and their Kleinfeld experience is met or exceeded

- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Conduct private appointments for customers
- Assist with store inventory & merchandise ticketing
- Assist creating merchandise bags for Kleinfeld bridal veils
- Ensure that the headpiece and accessory office, stock and sales areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all associates and customers
- Partner with the other department and vendors to address customer and merchandise issues or opportunities in a timely and productive way ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
- Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
- Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates ability to work flex style and work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and hourly work force.
- Ability to keep workroom and space clean and organized
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
Required Skills:

- Must be able to multitask
- Good memorization skills
