Position: Stock Associate

Overall responsibilities: Organization and maintenance of stock

Stock Associate Job Duties:

  • Properly organize stock ensuring inventory is readily accessible and identifiable
  • Assist Bridal Consultants in finding dresses for the clients
  • Maintain displayed items on the sales floor
  • Organize try-on items
  • Assist in the identification of damaged or dirty items for repair or cleaning

Position: Financial Services Representative

Location: 110 West 20th St, NYC

Overall responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing all financial transactions
  • Respond to client inquiries pertaining to contracts, billing, payment and shipping
  • Perform data entry for all client orders
  • Schedule domestic and international shipping when required
  • Respond to client emails, inquiries and telephone calls
  • Responsible for arranging merchandise pick-up (i.e.–wedding gowns, headpieces, veils and accessories)
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times



  • Proficient in mathematical, PC and data entry skills
  • Experience working in customer service, retail or financial function preferred

Positions: Fitter, Sewer, Beader

Location: 110 W 20th St.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for fitting/sewing of gowns in the alterations department
  • Provide courteous service and perform tasks in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal fitting standards
  • Perform the work assigned by managers and supervisors
  • Complete fittings/gowns in a productive manner
  • Sew/bead bridal gowns with exact accuracy according to pins


  • Technical or design degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, team-player

Job Type: Full time, 4 days a week, Must be available Saturdays, Seasonal Overtime hours.

Position: Client Services Receptionist 

Location: 110 West 20th St, NYC

Desired start date: As soon as possible 

Overall responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors, answer phones, voicemail, emails and administrative    responsibilities 

Job Duties:

  • Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards 
  • Be courteous and pleasant with coworkers and supervisors
  • Uphold and practice company policies, procedures and Kleinfeld Bridal service standards 
  • Greet and welcome every customer and visitor in a warm manner
  • Direct customers and visitors in the appropriate direction
  • Answer and screen customer and visitors ensuring accurate information is passed on to partners
  • Resolve any issue partnering with the appropriate person to ensure a timely and productive solution
  • Answer and respond to all customer phone calls, voicemails, and email by partnering, forwarding/communicating all information in a timely manner
  • Manage/book customer appointments
  • Complete all necessary data entry, ensure all administration and client service paperwork is accurate, processed and updated 
  • Ensure that the reception desk, lobby area and  common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all employees and customers
  • Provide back up support for Financial Services by partnering with Financial Services Supervisor to ensure our check out experience is being handled in a timely manner


  • High School diploma/GED required
  • 5+ years in customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate and communicate with customers and management and staff
  • Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
  • Able to work effectively with all departments, associates, management, visitors and customers from diverse backgrounds 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
