Position: Financial Services Representative

Location: 110 West 20th St, NYC

Overall responsibilities: The Financial Services Representative is efficient, courteous professional with excellent customer service skills.    The Financial Services Representative will be responsible, attentive to customer needs while processing/completing customer transactions.

 

Financial Services Representative Job Duties:

  • Provide courteous and pleasant service to all customers, co-workers and supervisors in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards
  • Uphold and practice company policies, procedures and Kleinfeld Bridal service standards
  • Encourages positive working relationships between departments that enhances the customer experience
  • Resolve any issue partnering with the appropriate person to ensure a timely and productive solution.
  • Respond to client inquiries pertaining to contracts, billing, payment and shipping
  • Perform data entry for all client orders
  • Schedule domestic and international shipping when required
  • Responsible for arranging merchandise pick-up (i.e. –wedding gowns, headpieces, veils and accessories)
  • Responsible for the daily “Pick-Up” list which ensures accuracy and readiness of merchandise
  • Answer and respond to all customer phone calls, voicemails, and email by partnering, forwarding/communicating all information in a timely manner
  • Ensure that offices and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all employees and customers
  • Provide back up support for Reception

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years’ experience in finance, record keeping, cash handling and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate and communicate with customers and management and staff
  • Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
  • Able to work effectively with customers and individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity

Position: Bridal Support Associate

Overall responsibilities: Organization and maintenance of bridal inventory

Bridal Support Associate Job Duties:

  • Merchandise extensive bridal inventory
  • Assist Bridal Consultants with inventory and sales
  • Pin display mannequins and maintain store cleanliness
  • Identify damaged or dirty items for repair or cleaning
  • Attend production knowledge meetings and presentations

Position: Director of Bridal Sales

Overall responsibilities: The Director of Bridal Sales main responsibility is ensuring the customer has a superior experience by leading, managing and training the bridal sales staff.   It is the Director of Bridal Sales responsibility to ensure each bride is offered bridal gowns to meet their bridal vision providing excellent service standards in order to meet sales goals.  This position is responsible for upholding the Kleinfeld strategy and execution of operations, staffing, and quality of work, productivity and training.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure Kleinfeld Bridal service standards are fulfilled for each customer and their Kleinfeld experience is met or exceeded
  • Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, brand, selling and service standards are fulfilled
  • Be courteous and pleasant with coworkers and supervisors
  • Act as a confident leader for the Bridal Sales department associates creating a positive environment for all customers, Kleinfeld Bridal staff and all vendors
  • Perform the work assigned by the Senior Director of Sales
  • Direct the customer experience on the sales floor, know each bride and her guests to better assist in the sale when needed
  • Encourages an integrated working relationship between departments that enhances the customer experience
  • Meet all sales goals
  • Partner with the other departments and vendors to address customer and merchandise issues or opportunities in a timely and productive way ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Ensure each bridal sales consultant has completed Kleinfeld Training for their individual position and is executing their roles and responsibilities
  • Responsible for ongoing product knowledge and selling training for all associates
  • Ensure all Bridal Sales associates are regularly reviewed for performance, providing feedback and areas of opportunity
  • Ensure all Bridal Sales associates opportunities/issues are documented and performance goals are implemented
  • Recruit experienced Bridal Sales associates
  • Ensure all store and customer paperwork is processed and filed accurately and on time
  • Ensure that the sales, stock, office, dressing rooms and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all associates and customers
  • Be knowledgeable of all vendors styles, manufacturing options, sizing and fabrications including when options changes are available
  • Identify opportunities within the bridal sales department and create solutions that are cost effective and appropriate
  • Ensure all associates practice company policies, procedures and service standards

Qualifications:

  • Business or Design degree, or equivalent work experience, and 10 years of leading and managing diverse sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate and present ideas persuasively to all levels of the organization and all customers.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
  • Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
  • Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Able to facilitate change using influence, best practices and statistical measurements

Salary Range: $85K to $88K annually

Position: Client Services Representative

Overall responsibilities: The Client Services Representative is the company’s first representative of support for customers and ensures they are satisfied with their phone/email experience.  The Client Services Representative will mainly answer phones, voicemail, store email and order requests.  In addition they will schedule appointments and enter client data.

Client Services Representative Job Duties:

  • Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
