My name is Jaqueline and I am from Brazil, me and my (already) husband are going to NYC and I can’t wait to say yes to the dress at Kleinfeld.
Me and Lucas met on Tinder in 2021 in the middle of Covid in Canada (we both live in Canada, he is Canadian and Brazilian I’m just Brazilian) and we started dating in August 2021, at beginning of 2022 we decided to seal the deal and get married so we did a small ceremony in our backyard home in Toronto, we did not get the chance to have a bigger wedding because our family is all back home.
We have always known we wanted a proper wedding and a proper proposal, at the end of 2023 we went to Orlando to spend Christmas and New Years and at the NYE Lucas proposed to me in front of Cinderella castle 🥹 in the middle of thousands of people, he went on his knee and proposed with a wedding ring, of course I said yes. Even though we are already married the romantic proposal was a must and we try to keep the romantic alive.
We will now get married in Brazil this year, in December. We will finally gather our families and have a proper celebration.
It will be a daily ceremony and celebration after, on a cottage with nature and our most loved ones around.
About the Dress
Hello,
I am not sure about what I want but I know what I don’t want, I don’t want those big fluffy wedding dresses I prefer a more mermaid, fit dress.. because it’s a mid afternoon wedding I want something with a little bit of sparkles and I love Lace.
I absolutely love Pnina Tornai dresses and Calla Blanche as well, I love modern dresses, sleeves and sleeveless and those with half sleeve as well.
I am also looking for a second dress to wear at my reception, for this one can be a bit more informal and shorter. I am as well looking for accessories and veil but the priority is to find the dress.
About the Wedding

July 17, 2022The wedding will be held at a cottage in Brazil, with lots of nature and green around, it will be a mid afternoon ceremony with reception later until midnight.
The wedding will be on December – 13 – 2024.
