Born and raised in Persia, after receiving her high school diploma she went to England to study art. In England she received her Master's degree in graphic design and became a Royal Charter artist. Later, she became fascinated with design concepts and began creating very unique bridal accessories. Her delicate designs of hand made porcelain roses and fresh water pearls woven into unusual headpieces, tiaras, and veils soon earned her praise from the fashion elite. Today she is considered the leader in creating exquisite and highly sophisticated hand made bridal wear.

She also has a matching line of jewelry and accessories, which include garters, pillows and handbags. Each piece serves as a beautiful wedding day accessory and a lasting family heirloom.

We use only the finest materials when we create a Winters & Rain headpiece. Jewelry grade cultured freshwater pearls, precious and semiprecious gemstone beads, and Swarovski Austrian crystals and rhinestones are handmade with care, one at a time here in Newport, Rhode Island. You can customize your headpiece by choosing your pearl color (silk white, ivory, pink, peach, lavender, platinum, coffee, bronze, and peacock), as well as adding your favorite gemstone (tumbled or faceted sapphire, tanzanite, ruby, emerald, aquamarine, apatite, topaz, pink tourmaline, peridot, citrine, garnet, amethyst, rosequartz, etc. ) for a touch of color.
