Our highly-curated assortment features a number of designers who are exclusive to Kleinfeld. A few of these bridal designers include Pnina Tornai and Tony Ward. Kleinfeld’s collection of samples sizes vary. However, most of our sample gowns are a bridal size 10 or 12. We are also proud to carry the largest selection of plus size gowns in sample sizes 18-32 for brides to try on in our showroom. Explore our extensive collection of plus size wedding dresses here.

Please note that bridal sizing runs very differently than regular streetwear. It typically runs 2-3 sizes smaller. Additionally, every designer sizes differently usually depending on their country of origin. Regardless, this is nothing to be worried about. Your stylist is expertly trained to clip and fit the gown to you whether the sample be too big, too small, or just right!

We recommend brides shop and purchase their gowns 9-12 months prior to the wedding day. Ultimately, more time is always better! Due to the couture craftsmanship of many of our bridal designers, customizations are usually possible! Please inquire with your personal bridal stylist about specific requests you may have. Your stylist will be able to provide you with guidance and a price breakdown prior to saying “yes!”

A trunk show is a designer event that takes place in Kleinfeld’s showroom during our regular store hours. Typically Friday through Sunday, the event features a particular designer’s collection and showcases the new gowns or accessories months before the pieces are scheduled to be in stores!

The designer and/or representative are usually on the showroom floor eager to meet and work with brides. With the design team present, it offers a great opportunity to inquire about possible customizations. Brides may also benefit from a trunk show discount of 10% off!

Please be mindful that once a trunk show is over, a gown or accessory may no longer be available to try on or purchase.
