Our engagement happened during Labor Day weekend September 2023 in the enchanting setting of Rosemary Beach, Florida — the very place where our love story first began. Nature seemed to bless the moment perfectly as our proposal took place during a magical window between thunderstorms when the sun broke through the rain clouds. It created the most romantic backdrop imaginable. What we thought would simply be a lovely dinner at the Pearl Hotel transformed into one of the most unforgettable and precious days of our lives.

I had my eye on a specific Pnina Tornai dress, style #15000N, and honestly, I probably would have said “yes” to it sight unseen. But, it seemed like the perfect excuse to make a weekend trip to New York with my closest friends and family!

We made our way to Kleinfeld and spent the day trying on different gowns. Although, I kept coming back to that first choice. The fitted Pnina Tornai gown had a beautiful lash trim and lace details throughout that felt just right. When I finally tried it on, it was exactly what I had hoped for. The dress was perfect and having my people there to share that moment made it even more special.

Sometimes you already know the answer before the question is even asked, but it was nice to have that moment with everyone there. It made for such a fun weekend in the city too!

We celebrated our wedding on April 26, 2025 in the beautiful coastal town of Wilmington, North Carolina. It was just minutes from the stunning Wrightsville Beach. Our ceremony and reception took place at the beloved Wrightsville Manor surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 75 of our closest friends and family members.

Our color palette featured various shades and textures of green which created a fresh, natural aesthetic that perfectly complemented the coastal setting. We had a special focus on limes and margaritas throughout the celebration complete with a dedicated margarita bar that kept our guests happy all night long. We even incorporated margarita-themed pillows into the decor adding playful touches that reflected our fun-loving personalities.

The combination of the beautiful venue, lush gardens, and our lime and margarita theme created the perfect atmosphere for celebrating our love story in this charming beach town that holds such a special place in our hearts.
