Booking Fee Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

The $125 booking fee required for Saturday and the $100 booking fee required for Sunday appointments are processed at the time of the appointment booking.

If you purchase a dress at Kleinfeld during your appointment, the booking fee will be applied towards the balance of your dress purchase.

VIP Package Fees Policy

Please note that any fees associated with our VIP package will not be applied to the balance of your dress purchase. Additionally, VIP package fees are non-refundable.

If you do not purchase a dress, your booking fee will not be returned, but you will have 90 days (from original appointment date) to apply the booking fee credit to your purchase if you return.

If you return for a second appointment, you will be required to pay the booking fee.

If you purchase a dress at your second appointment, we will deduct your booking fees from the balance of your dress purchase.

If you booked an appointment and need to reschedule for another day, the booking fee will be refunded to you and a new booking fee will be charged to your credit card for the new appointment date.

If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will not be charged an additional fee if you reschedule your appointment within 3 months.

By reserving your appointment your consent to receive text & email messages pertaining to appointment updates.

For alterations appointments, fees can be refunded if Kleinfeld receives 48 hours advance notice of postponement or cancellation.

There is a $100 fee for all no-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. This includes appointments for gowns, headpieces, and alterations.
