Kleinfeld Love Stories

Lauren & Marc

About the Proposal

Engaged:

November 12, 2017

Marc and Lauren had their first date in Hoboken, New Jersey. The couple met online when Lauren was living in NYC and Marc was living in New Jersey therefore Hoboken was the middle point between them. Little did they know Hoboken would become their future home and engagement location. The morning of November 12th, Lauren woke up to a note on her bedside table that said put on your best dress and meet me at the Path station a 3PM. It also detailed out a few appointments to Drybar and Paintbox for Lauren to get her hair and nails done. Lauren met Marc at the path station and he picked her up just like he did on their first date. They walked the waterfront until they arrived at a small pier where the couple had their first kiss two and a half years prior. It was there that Marc took out a note written on the same paper he had written many love notes on before. He read out the ultimate love note followed by getting down on one knee. The moment was captured by a wonderful friend and the rest is history! The couple now lives in Hoboken together.
