Fitting Appointments

Before you can request a first fitting appointment for alterations, you must ensure two things:
1. Your dress arrived from the designer and you were contacted by our customer service department. 
2. Your final balance has been paid. If it has not, please contact 646-633-4300 and press 2 for customer service. During that call, we can help you with payment and appointment scheduling. 
If you complete the above, simply submit this form and our team will reach out to you to schedule your first fitting appointment.
