Online Orders Return Policy

KleinfeldBridal.com will accept jewelry items for exchange or return if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refunded on return items.

The following are all final sale and not accepted as returns or exchanges:

• Sale items
• Custom jewelry
• Clip-on earrings
• Any Jewelry item purchased in-store at Kleinfeld, 110 West 20th, is final sale.

To return or exchange a jewelry item:

• Repack the jewelry item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
• Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling Customer Service at 1-646-633-4300, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm ET
• Print and complete our Returns and Exchanges Form
• Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address and mail to:
