Who did you bring?
My son Scott Allen, My Best Man Sergio Contreras, and close friends (Lydia Prystaj, Rosanna Roman, Hector Baez)
My experience with the entire Kleinfeld team was extremely positive. At all times I felt as though I was the only customer in the store because they made sure I had their undivided attention at times. I am in the profession of servicing customers so customer service is extremely important to me there is a saying “You can’t sell the salesperson” and at no point during my experience with the Kleinfeld team did I feel pressured to make a purchase. There were so many special and memorable moments with Audrey, Randy and Dolores but one moment in particular that stands out for me was when Mara Urshel walked into my dressing room and the first thing she said was how beautiful I looked in my dress and for the owner to take the time to greet and speak with her customers shows how much she values her customers which is very important when you are in the business of servicing customers. Mara also helped me pick out my shoes which I truly appreciated and welcomed her advice. I tried on more than 40 gowns prior to going to Kleinfelds and found my dress at Klenfelds after only trying on two gowns. I would strongly suggest that any bride looking for a wedding gown make an appointment at Kleinfelds you will not be disappointed.
