What should I do if I am not happy with my bridal consultant/ “My Kleinfeld Experience”?
Answer:
You should NEVER leave our store unhappy! We want the day you purchase your wedding dress to be as memorable as the day you wear it! That is why we have many skilled professional managers on hand to achieve this goal. If you are unhappy with your consultant or the overall experience, do NOT hesitate to ask for a manager or, ourselves, Mara & Ronnie. (owners) You should ask the receptionist to page us or a manager. But if you feel uncomfortable approaching us or our managers in person, feel free to ask the receptionist for our personal phone numbers and call us at your convenience and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Kleinfeld custom makes by hand an exact miniature replica of your wedding gown, which stands about 18 to 20 inches tall.

Do you carry wedding dresses for petite women?
Answer:
For petite women, we would recommend an empire waist gown and A-line skirt to create length and make you look taller. Stay away from princess gowns that may make you look shorter and lost in the gown.
For a destination wedding, we recommend Ammarildine and Amy Michelson gowns.
For a traditional wedding, look for some empire waist Anne Barge, Christos, or Jim Hjelm gowns. Lots of luck!
