A wedding dress is one of the most important parts of the celebration because all eyes are on the bride, and I can say with great confidence that I truly felt like a princess in my gorgeous gown.
A great thank you to everyone on your staff for their professionalism, warmth and great attitudes. I was truly impressed and it was such a pleasure to work with all of you on preparing for the most important day of my life. It wasn’t until the day of my wedding that I realized what a beautiful and unique dress you helped me with! Marie Laure and Geraldine of Amarillidine truly crafted an amazing gown. My daughter, Morgan Dickerson, and I visited your bridal salon on
February 23, 2006. From the moment we entered the salon, until we exited, we received first class service. Aside from the fact that the salon itself is very elegant, every associate that we came into contact with was very professional and knowledgeable in their area of service.
Our Sales Consultant, Keasha Rigsby, was "THE BEST"!!!!
She took the time to listen to some ideas my daughter had about a gown and she make a few suggestions of her own. After a brief consultation, Keasha brought in several dresses that were to my daughters liking. After trying on several dresses, Keasha asked if she could bring in a special dress that had just arrived; she thought Morgan might like it. She was right. It was the perfect dress. It was the dress that made Morgan smile her beautiful smile and the dress that brought tears to my eyes. The decision was made - that was the dress! (An exquisite Kenneth Poole)
We continued the experience by looking for the perfect veil. I am so sad that I do not remember the name of the young woman that helped us select the perfect veil. Morgan had thought she wanted a fingertip veil, but when your consultant brought a beautiful full length beaded veil Morgan was sold..
It was such a pleasure to meet you and your wife. Your love and dedication to your salon makes it stand above all the rest.

You may remember, I am the mother of Hilary and Hayley Hanson. This was the second time that we have come to New York City from the Midwest to shop in your wonderful store. Hayley bought her wedding gown from you in November 2002; We purchased Hilary’s wedding gown in your shop last Friday, February 20th (and a second gown that she will have altered to “tea” length to wear for her rehearsal dinner-only Hilary who loves dresses would buy two wedding gowns!)
Even though you were very busy, you took the time to sign both daughters’ books on “How to Buy the Perfect Wedding Dress” (your book) and chatted with them about their
gowns and their weddings.
I write this background so that you might be reminded of your interest in them and the kindness you demonstrated.
You, your wife and the sales consultants truly know how to provide quality customer service. But, most importantly, I wanted to thank you for that extra special treatment.
Each time we have left your store, my daughters are smiling, laughing and feeling like a true “princess’. You never met us, yet treated both daughters royally despite your busy schedule.
So, again, thank you for making my daughter’s feel so happy that special day. We look forward to returning for Hilary’s fittings, and I will ensure that my daughters send you the pictures that you requested. I had no idea that my experience at your store would continue to be so exceptional. My dress fitter was wonderful and everyone that I came in contact with treated me like I was the only one there. I always felt like a princess. My final dress fitting was the best. All of the trips we made to the store and when I got there I was greeted with flowers from Audrey, my salesperson. I recently got married (in October), I purchased my Justina McCaffrey gown at Kleinfeld's, and also used Kleinfeld's wedding event services. I would just like to let you know you have an amazing staff there. Kleinfeld's was the first place I visited for a dress and I was lucky enough to find and purchase one on my first visit. You have an amazing selection of dresses and great sales department, I can't tell you how many compliments I received on having such a beautiful and unique wedding gown.
However, the best part of this experience was being able to work with Mary Cawley-Palace, your director of wedding event services. Mary called me shortly after my first visit to refer vendors to me, and offer her assistance. The best thing we could have done through out this entire process was working with her and hiring her to help coordinate our wedding day. Mary brought Tina along with her on our wedding day, and I have never seen two people work so hard, and be so concerned about everything being just perfect for my husband and I, which took so much stress off of us. They did so much for, the services they provided for us were priceless. Mary and Tina helped make our wedding day a dream come true. You can count on me referring every bride I know to Kleinfeld's.
