Groom's Week Day 5: Page 6 3/4

Welcome to PAGE 6 ¾...
I have had a fantastic week here at Kleinfeld Men...so much going on, don't know where to begin...

Guess who was in town the other day and stopped by B? Whoops sorry I am not at liberty to say. They don't want anyone to know as yet of the upcoming wedding... (Have to remember this is not Star Magazine)!

Had quite a few gentlemen in this week; also a few challenging requests:


One groom requested a Pink Dinner Jacket, the same shade as the Bride's bouquet, (they brought in the rose) with a matching cummerbund – and also could I locate a pair of shoes in the same shade of pink. He will wear black tuxedo trousers, white shirt, black bowtie. This is for a wonderful destination wedding. The challenge was met, and they were extremely happy. (I just love a challenge)...Actually this one was easy! Oh and also we put together some wonderful sports jackets for the honeymoon. Why not! He can't just look good only on the wedding day.


Another request: 14 men in the wedding party all to be dressed in formal Morning Coat, the works – tails, winged collar shirt, ascot, waistcoat, striped trousers (no top hats). Fashioned on JFK's wedding circa 1953, but updated for the 2010 Man. Did I mention they also wanted all suits ready in 4 weeks? The challenge will be met!

Hollywood calling! White double-breasted dinner jacket for the groom (a star on a very popular TV show - you know him) and Midnight Navy tuxedos for the groomsmen. Only problem here was dealing with the assistants and the agents. I told them next time when you come for your fitting, come alone...then I will take a photo and share it with you.
